GATEWAY OFFICE PARK, AVONDALE, AZ 85392

In 2002 Patrick Properties purchased eight acres of raw land and began the process of zoning and developing a 66,000-square foot office condominium project, consisting of 14 buildings and 47 office condominiums. In just under one year, Patrick Properties completed construction and sold out the project. Patrick Properties currently has ownership of two buildings consisting of five office condos. At the time of Declarant turnover, the association was healthy with reserves in place. To date this project continues to be successful.​
